Flint Community Schools invites vendors and service providers to participate in a competitive bidding process through a series of open Request for Proposals (RFPs). This initiative is an excellent opportunity for businesses to contribute to the enhancement of our educational environment. Interested parties are encouraged to carefully review and adhere to the guidelines and deadlines of each RFP.

We encourage interested parties to review the details of each RFP and submit their proposals in accordance with the specified guidelines and deadlines.

Public Notice: RFP Submission Deadline Extension

Due to the originally scheduled bid opening date falling on a district closure day, the District experienced a limited response to the Request for Proposals (RFPs) for services.

To ensure a fair and competitive process, and because proposals have not been opened or publicly reviewed, the District is extending the submission deadline for these RFPs.

The new submission deadline is Thursday, April 9 at 4:00 pm, bids will be publicly opened at 4:30 pm.

We appreciate the interest of all prospective vendors and encourage additional submissions during this extended period.
